New Look Smile is committed to providing exceptional smile makeovers and ensuring our clients’ satisfaction. We offer a comprehensive warranty for our smile makeover procedures to protect our clients’ investment and provide them with peace of mind.

How We Work
Coverage Period:
The warranty covers a period of (Listed above) years from the completion date of the smile makeover
Coverage Scope:
The warranty covers any material failure, damage, or chip that occurs to a tooth or veneer as a result of normal use within the specified coverage period.
Warranty Benefits:
a. Replacement of Affected Tooth or Veneer: In the event of material failure, damage, or chip,
New Look Smile will replace the affected tooth or veneer free of charge.
b. Additional Benefits:
– First 3 Months: New Look Smile will cover the cost of hotel and flight expenses for the client.
– First Year: New Look Smile will cover the cost of hotel expenses for the client.
Exclusions:
a. The warranty does not cover issues arising from neglect, misuse, or accidents.
b. It does not cover damage resulting from non-compliance with aftercare instructions provided by New Look Smile.
c. The warranty does not extend to any subsequent dental work performed by other dental professionals.
Claim Process:
a. To initiate a warranty claim, the client must contact New Look Smile within the warranty period, providing details of the issue and supporting documentation if required.
b. New Look Smile reserves the right to assess the claim and determine if it falls within the warranty coverage.
Limitations:
a. The warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original client who underwent the smile makeover procedure at New Look Smile.
b. New Look Smile reserves the right to modify or cancel the warranty program at any time, with prior notice to clients.
